There is nothing to like about this Network marketing company. They are removing employees irrespective their knowledge, position and experience. If you fail to oil CEO, he will sagged you without any proper reasons. There is no increment for the general employees. only Brothers & relatives of Management will get the hefty increment. Absolutely no corporate culture, neither management follows work profile of the candidate. They can ask you to do anything, everything.

There is no job security. Only friends and relatives of chairman and CEO will get increment. No chance of promotion at all. If any one failed to oil CEO, one fine morning she will be sag.
