Filled with Kerala parasites . No proper paper works are maintained w.r.t legally . All reports related to products are signed by unauthorised people with in the office . Hope govt of Karnataka looks into their organisation and run checks / audits to avoid hazard to public .

Managers dump you with loads of work in the last minute with out prior notice or knowledge sharing from previous employee. Kannada cultures and people are not respected .

There is very poor supervision from top to down line analysis, need to upgrade it in the system for healthy and future ready organization regards

Everything is awesome but only one thing is Unfortunately I didn't get a support from my mentors, So I quit the work in the company.

The Company is professional in terms of work 8 hours of work and the salary credits in the account at the first week of the month they also have meals for all the employee.

There is nothing to like about this Network marketing company. They are removing employees irrespective their knowledge, position and experience. If you fail to oil CEO, he will sagged you without any proper reasons. There is no increment for the general employees. only Brothers & relatives of Management will get the hefty increment. Absolutely no corporate culture, neither management follows work profile of the candidate. They can ask you to do anything, everything.

There is no Job security in this company & too much Relatives of Management
