...s doesn't have knowledge and also do not appreciate to Ideas out by an employee. Just one thing was ok you will receive salary at the end of the month rest part I have not to appreciate.

Nothing was good in this organization I have already wrote things in the above given column. Do not want to waste my energy writing here again. Worst experience with management team HR team and working operations team.

You will do night shifts.. some might dont like this.. and depends on role as well.. benifits in terms of leaves can be improved and for night people compensations can be improved..

Now everyone is coming with their genuine feedback, I also wanted to add something. 1. HR Team is worst, specially people sitting on higher position example HarpriyaSiva Kumar. She is a demon. 2. No safety for female employees, as during my tenure many female employees came up with the harassment complain. Even though girls were asked to leave and managers are still there 3. Sunny Singh From PIT, he is a goon.

Unprofessionalism is there, biasness, different policies for different employees. So there is nothing likable here.

Unethical practices, Biasness, No compliance, Favouritism, Office Politics, Toxic work culture.

Company is good but work culture is toxic due to employees on managerial level…… that’s why there’s no stability……

Overall things depends on Manager, he can mould situations according to him….. No matter it goes for team wellness or not….. no one think about team but for self satisfaction and self wellness……
