Before Indus Towers take over Bharti Infratel the work atmosphere was awesome but now job security is less.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues .Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.

Indus tower is a good company if you want to grow your self, it's training program, salary, appraisals, policies and working environment each and every thing is very good.

...the working of telecom sector. Training and development sessions are also great. Salary is great, appraisal is manipulative and be ready to face huge politics. Work environment is not so enjoyable but people will judge you in every moment. Work life balance is worst if you are a workaholic it's a nice place to work but don't expect appreciation at all for working late nights. Career growth totally depends on your connection with the manager.environment is not innovative. Be very attentive while speaking about anything in front on your colleagues as they might tell it to other employees or your manager.

...ion is very bad and you will not find a single job in industry for this profile. Salary is very good and they give this to reduce attrition. Experience will not be counted anywhere in the industry. No appreciation for your work if you don't have good relationship with the manager.

...ut Indus Towers, i faced discrimination to its Onroll and Offroll job policies. The people who is onroll position receives good salary and Allowance and for Offroll u will get only intial 5 year 250-500 increament per year. After this your replacement will be searched and they will force you to left company

Worked in Delhi circle for a year. It is complete chaos, people are toxic to the core, senior management promotes toxicity calls at odd hours. Personally seen team members having panic attacks and having health issues due to toxic environment *Work life balance goes for a toss. *Site engineers are involved in theft of cables & diesel at sites *Old Estate members take a cut in rent by giving threat to Landlords to remove site *Too much reporting to cross functional heads with no real skill sets *Morning & evening calls are meant to demean and insult team members One should avoid this company at all costs. Better stay unemployed for sometime.
