No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Worst company I have ever experienced Upper Management treat us like donkey The more you give your efforts the more you near to loose the job If your are a chela of your boss then only you can servive in this organisation This is the First company where I feel that your job security is zero here Any time without any reason they give u notice of 3 months to terminate you So if you want to save your life and wants career growth ,please avoid this company

You can gain good knowledge of telecom sector. The infrastructure and team coordination was also much better.

I work here through vendor company the salary and appraisal is not good but the on role employees of indus tower have great packages

...work culture are good(not field) for all employees onroll as well as off roles. salary provided on date.

For field support engineers you didn't have any fixed time 24*7 job everyday in any situation either you are on leave or anything you will performing 24*7 calls or meeting(VC) Work culture is not so good in field . Heavy politics(diesel). Field job as well as a just like Telicoller (bpo) jobs . No work life balance for field team member. Night activities also perform. If you are good in Politics then you will enjoy. Lots of traveling every day range (10 to 130 km per day) field job totally. No office job.
