Too much of politics. If you speak the right things infront of Managers then they will get back to you indirectly and make sure you are out of their way. Corrupt Energy managers, Opex managers, Deployment Managers, ZPMs, AOMs, they are bribed by Vendors to clear the POs. Some POs are closed and billed without the work being done at field. Managers demanding in lakhs to do that. Too much corrupt system. Underperformed employees are enjoying as they have some Godfathers or good references. Office affairs are being ignored too. They should be held under COC or POSH.

Dislikes

Worked in Delhi circle for a year. It is complete chaos, people are toxic to the core, senior management promotes toxicity calls at odd hours. Personally seen team members having panic attacks and having health issues due to toxic environment *Work life balance goes for a toss. *Site engineers are involved in theft of cables & diesel at sites *Old Estate members take a cut in rent by giving threat to Landlords to remove site *Too much reporting to cross functional heads with no real skill sets *Morning & evening calls are meant to demean and insult team members One should avoid this company at all costs. Better stay unemployed for sometime.

Only Salary on time. Otherwise nothing to like here.

There is so much of politics here, Managers ask Branch people to give bad review about particular person so that Managers can escalate them without any mistakes because of personal grudges. They shift you to different locations far away from your home They don't give any emergency or personal leaves inspite you having 50+ leaves. They escalates you if you take emergency leave saying leave should be approved and you cannot directly take it They doesn't respond to mail on time and makes you wait and then escalate you if you take leave. There is no increment of money All higher management are together and they will torcher you like hell It's the worst company to work for., many of my friends also faced same type of issues. Sometimes you have to stay in office till 10 or 11pm also if target is not complete. Target is so high that you will never receive incentives. Pay is too less and pressure, toxicity and politics is too high. Working days are Monday to Friday but Manager pressurize for Saturday Working also.
