No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Working culture is very bad. 24 x 7 working. Even when you are on leave, you will do company work, and not enjoy your leave. Personal and family timing is zero. Mostly polices for employees in only documents. Zero promotion and increments is very less according to your work. Required 100% compliances without materials. Calling in night time is very high. In documents night movements is zero but, actually it is very high. Company provides Diwali gifts is very costly upto rs 300/-. Pressure build up to employees for submit 5 star rating in Gallup survey.

Worst company I have ever experienced Upper Management treat us like donkey The more you give your efforts the more you near to loose the job If your are a chela of your boss then only you can servive in this organisation This is the First company where I feel that your job security is zero here Any time without any reason they give u notice of 3 months to terminate you So if you want to save your life and wants career growth ,please avoid this company

There is lot of politics inside. Salary almost good but career growth is very slow. For ex-employees they are not supportive at all. Also not responding your query on time. After resignation company only focus on money deduction (F&F), Superior were not good, they were not thought about the situation they were only thought about own performance

Field Job(24*7) employees don't have work life balance. You've to be available over phone calls even on holidays. career growth opportunities are low you may end up serving in same position for many yrs Only few/no people cares for each others growth, especially the women are undermined.
