Middle management is not good , they always give buttering to the top management , management believes the the people who gives buttering to them ,no policies , no job security , non hotelier people involvement is there , HR manager is not even fit for HR executive position ,vice president of the hotel is a humanizer , totally it is unhealthy organisation , no growth in this company. politics are more , no work environment , no personal life .
