Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...nder a different name. The owners hold all the high positions thus NO promotion. Salary wasn't paid and the owner kept giving false promises. No transportation or travel allowance. No deduction or compensation. Just the salary. About 25 employees filed police case against the owner but no action was taken by the Salt Lake police.

Overall it was good experience though I did not spent much time with this company but I love the fact that I was a part of team that has a global client base . Very friendly environment

there was no cafeteria so it was difficult to go outside at midnight as I was doing night shifts .
