To be very frank, I liked nothing working there. I joined this company with lots of hope and trust on the organisation and the one (At a senior L2 level) who interviewed me throughout the process of hiring, but eventually, everything emerged as a myth of reality. This company is a family owned business where I didn't find Culture, Vision, Ethics, Empathy and Policy or even a right management Process. The company lacks new era visions and actions towards achieving the right path of progress and giving the right balance of work and life to every employee.

Dislikes

To be very frank, It's a huge list to write but don't want to waste time of others to read long and making this crisp.I found nothing good in this company which starts from onborading a new candidate till exit. The core problem is in the old midset of the leadership, operating the business like *** (You know what I mean to say). The shopfloor condition is dangerous and pathetic and nobody thinks about making it workable and safe for workmen and executive. If somebody has a knowledge about workplace safety, this organisation will get '0' Zero score. I was in an impression that organisation outside India will behave more professionally but 'No', It isn't like that. One leadership employee abuses very badly to his subordinate and workmen and am surprised to see such shocking culture. I truly got the worst professional experience working there and because of the fear of spoling my achieved and successful career, I left this organisation withing 45 days to save my intellect and skills. Join this company at your own risk and get satisfied after doing full research at your end.

Office atmosphere here is Warm and have a stron sense of Teamwork and positivity among Colleagues.. Management encourages open communication and values employees feedback...

Dislikes

As of now, no dislikes.. person who wants to work will work... However, like any workplace, there are occasional challenges, but those moments only add charms of working here.

i dont know about other reveiw i am writing here truth ...company is terrible , pathetic people plant head ...abusing word every day starts ...you cant even imagin what bad words they will give you ..their people just want to complete 2 yr visa becuz they kept your passport in their custody ..we are going their bcux its indian company but its total opposite culture n nature of people managmenet....dont go at all ..or you will loose your whole career.
