Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Indus Coffee is very good place to work, people once joined they never seeks resignations, compensation, benefits and facilities are very good and at par with MNC's. Very nice place to work and enjoy the work life balance.

scope to learn the work is very good, but there is no right person to give guidance in right direction at right time and place

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Team will be good if standard team is there, but very often employees use to quit the job. Some of the management people is also not support the employees. So many politics.
