Team mates - good , Training - Nonscope to even think about them. Job security - it is entirely depandemt on HR director's mood. He can fire you anytime. No work life balance (only work No life) , work environment - full of strategies & politics.

Honestly there is nothing that you can like except the package that they pay you. No visionary leadership at all. They think lot of unrealistic things which are practically not possible to be implemented so that they become super hit overnight.
