...knowledge. EXTERNAL TRAININGS are provided to only favour candidates not to all.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No job security any time you will.be told to leave the company.

Nothing to like - No employee benefits- if your are from south or local guy then they are good with you , do not go for any trap.

Worst company i have ever worked for 6.THey don't think about employee culture 7.Worst Safety department 8.Company has bad past history - some employee died in that company , No career growth. 9.They remove employee if the requirement is over.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
