The company is tied with coal India and is having a outsourcing contract of 20 years from now. Having a collaboration with couple of good foreign companies also, thereby giving a platform for working and/or gaining sound knowledge & skills in mining & machineries from highly skilled/experts( both Indian and other nationality) through innovations, adopting latest technologies, in-country & foreign trannings & on/off site visits. Career growth is approx. Good but slow, working environment is good &, adaptive.

Dislikes

Job security is not up to the mark, career growth slow, salary is very low (specially for trannie) less and late appraisals, work - life balance is quite poor some times hectic

In covid - 19 I m working in safe environment which is created by indu project so I m comfortably doing my job there are no any issue in this pandemic situation . Every norms and conditions is going to be follow here which is provided by government of india. Management of company is very well they are so cooperative with us . But currently I m not available there due to some urgent issue but when u worked there everything was perfect .

There are nothing in this company which are hampering me so everything is perfect here and I am enjoying myself to do job here.

All windows xp; wine, vista; win 8 and win10 installation...installation all windows and software's. Maintaining LAN/WAN/ wireless network devices. Assembling and disassembling of hardware components. Laptops and desktop maintenance and networking troubleshooting...Outlook configuration and backup... data backup... all wireless router s configuration... handling all the technical problems... windows 2003 and 2008 server at work in dhcp....

Additional promises depending projects after achieved due to company situation it's not given the whole team. Gratuity amount not given.
