no transparency in the salary, you can get a good salary if you are a good negotiator else you will feel cheated

Worst experience ever.... Director, admin department, principal all are extremely unpleasant..... Carrier growth zero, work security -1 %, environment of work is good all teachers are good but main pillar of school director, principal and Admin department this are unacceptable....

My child's interview was for class fourth, the teacher suddenly put a very long question paper in front of my child. We thought that they would take a speaking interview as it happens in every school. My child got nervous seeing such a long question paper and could not even solve it even through she is a very good student in her class. the madam who conducted the examination spoke very bad words to both of us (father and child) after the examination. She even said that we cannot take this type of child in out school , our school has a very high standard. During this my child was crying bitterly and after this incident she felt like a shock and she could not come out of this shock for many days. My child gets scared even today when she remembers this incident. I want to tell the school teacher that will you accept a challenge, I will give you a question paper. Will you solve it and you will show that you are really great !!

Grilling is what is required to outshine others and that is what one may experience here. One has to be ready for the challenges that come one's way quite often.
