Likes

You will like to work at INDPRO if you have good team members and someone to talk to. There are only 2-3 people like that. You will learn politics in corporate here.

Dislikes

Your work is not valued. No job security. They will fire when their needs are completed. All of them are to praise the head of the company, to move forward and get a praise. No increment, no appraisals. Managers are worst, they tell you don't know anything and sabotage your hike. No proper hierarchy of employees. No distinguishable positions. The HR's and Managers are there to sabotage your increment and they do politics. Not a good place to be here, even if you have given more than 3-5 years. And a big NO for freshers.

Easy going friendly environment . Good people .

Dislikes

Very few clients .No big clients . Need to be more process Oriented. No big goals happy to grow at own pace. Don't take risk at all. Only Swedish Client , need to broaden the horizon
