Local management team of goa plan is very unjustified people, not transparent for employees, always giving any decisions on the hypothetical basis, all about buttering culture.

Here in Supply chain always senior are working as a "Tanashah" they are not giving any importance their team member just they are thinking they are the superior, no one can say anything from senior management team. Actually they are already influenced by them.

Worst company to work, if your known of any senior management than it is ok other than don't go for it.

i work with indospirit as a Senior executive at Punjab at last feb 2021 Indospirit has a very good Brands. But some senior have very Bad behavior in Punjab.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow,The work pressure is normal some time work pressure is high but overall is good. Managers do not value for work which is impact on appraisal.
