An individual can learn a lot in some specific departments like Procurement, HR, Marketing but the finance profile is worst in this company, some senior people do not want to take responsibilities.

The salary structure of the company is not good, and the location. Increments are not more than 13-15% max if you are doing very good but some individuals are getting good increments because they are type of doing slavery of the senior management.

The organization has log experience in the liquor business and Every channel partner knows their business procedure. The experimented and launched a new category brand and successfully leading with good margin.

Trade promotion activities are not up to the mark. They are not serious about the competition.
