Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This company cheet nd fraud with employee ..they all are playing employee emotions nd carrier..all director are unqualified bad bheviuor with employee they should fire employee without any prior notice.i have joined this company 12th oct 2020 ..suddenly after 13 days they ask should not fit our criteria job profile...i socked how could this they are frud nd cheeter builder not come this office the all are unprofessional nd uneducated... nothing like..
