They thug you in terms of performance bonus. They tell you that they will pay you next year in Dilwali and deduct money saying that your performance was not good.

Here you'll get high job security, no one want to share knowledge, Management don't listen to you directly. whatever department head will tell about yourself that's the final. They give you judgement without adjudge you. Some policies are there but it's not worthfull.

Dislikes

Salary is much more lower than other companies. There's no career growth. Salary hike/increment & bonus doesn't depend on appraisal because of too much partialities.

Likes

It is not good place for working as a professional, lots of politics by plant management. Instead of company growth / goal plant management think about personal growth and ego satisfaction. Work Culture is not good as people working since long time feel unsecured and play politics.

There is lots of politics and plant management doesn't address issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow.

The management and staff of the company are very cooperative in nature. HR&A team conducts activity at regular intervals to keep the employees happy, motivated and energetic. प्रीवेंटिव मेंटिनेस अच्छा लगता है. और वर्किंग टाइम 8 घंटा ही है और सैलरी टाइम टू टाइम है

Dislikes

सिस्टम बराबर नहीं है और स्टोर की सुविधा बराबर नहीं है स्टोर से पदार्थ इशू करने में काफी समय लग जाता है उसी में एक-दो घंटा वेट चला जाता है
