They did not even pay the salary. Rather they threw us out of the company just one day before lockdown without paying salaries and final settlements. Really thought that the company would be helping in this period of pandemic but really a very unexpected and bad behavior in return.

Blaming people without any reason and not guiding a trainee properly in his/her training period leaving him/her all alone to handle everything without any instruction.

Working with indorama such a very good experience for me. Company Polices are good like uniform, Mediclaim Insurance, accommodation PF, transportation etc .

Low salary structure and carrier growth very slow there

1. Personal growth is limited due to lack of profound mentors 2. Working on Sunday. 6.5 days a week. 10 to 12 hours a day. 3. Quality of work not evaluated but buttering does work 4. Fear of humiliation from seniors and some privileged 'prince'

1- Salary 2- No CO for Engineers 3- Bad work life balance 4- Lackness of appreciation for good work. 5- GET and DET salary is more then experienced professionals. 6- Get ready to take plant responsibility 24*7 without any extra pay on Saturday, Sunday and fget about festival holiday..
