... you spend inside the office,not the work you did or your hardwork and skills. Don't fall for japan onsite opportunity and high salary in japan. Both are just offers and will be changed anytime with the favour of management.The company cheated many employees with the name of japanese onsite opportunity. Many people left from here without fulfilling their dreams, wasted their time here and worked with low salary. Company will not give hikes when you reach there and you have to sign 3 years of bond there. Company will not give the agreed salary for 3-6 months or more and tell you you are under training but you are actually doing the real work. salary policies and rules change from time to time according to the favour of the management without any prior notice. If you question the rules or any activities from the management, you will eventually pull out from the company. To management: 1. Stop giving fake promises.if you cant do it,dont give your words. 2.Treat employees as employees, they are not your toys. Dont play with their life. 3. Improve your way of treating employees. 4. Company will be done, if you pull out the skilled people from the company only because of your ego.

I have worked with supportive team members. This is the only thing I liked at Indocosmo.

...endly organization. All the rules are changed based on the management necessity. Some of the examples are leave policies, notice period, salary calculation at the time of lockdown etc. No job security. No career growth.

... in the development process make things worse (Without any technical knowledge). Salary reduction in lockdown vary month to month, no policies followed for salary deduction. Salary policies and rules changes time to time according to the favor of the management. Working with old technologies. No career growth at all. Saturdays are working. No appreciation for employees hardwork and effort.

...on the management. I rejected many jobs in the name of the Japanese opportunity. There are many people who resigned here without fulfilling the dreams and worked here with low salary. Don't believe any verbal offers given by the management. Every time they will say they will send you in japan within 3 months but keep repeating this. 7 people who joined with me also resigned after years of waiting and spoiled their career. Also after joining, they implementation new rules and regulations which are completely not beneficial for the employees. There is no learning opportunity and you will be working with legacy technologies. please ask to multiple ex employees experience before joining there.

... is completely based on the technical experience and Japanese language handling. Salary revision is completely based on the performance and attitude towards work etc. I 'm getting a prospect to explore everything related to my work.
