...o cool but okk. Very poor employee benefit services by HR, low financial growth. If you join with good salary hike it will be very good to stay long time otherwise you will keep behind from market race and you can't fill that gap any more. Best company for 3-4 years stability.

12 hours mandatory work for shop floor employees. Night shifts are a bit painful.

Human resource is very disaster only support their castism and neputism.fully maharstrian and telgu peoples are permanent post and take most of other state as contracts based and provide salary on daily work basis I.e worst and less salary provide as per the work...

A lot of learning. Healthy environment for work..chance for Carrier growth . Training is very good.

Unwanted displine. No focus on Actual target output. Salary structure not OK. Pollitcs and no respect to actual work.

Five day working. Best for Womens. Extra activities taken by HR are great. Having cultural events which only allows to perform head offices employees and HRs fevorite employee.

...s health issue is directly fired without any notice, so no work security at all. Also higher package employees are asked for leaving company and tortured. They recruiting contract base persons even if they hold post degrees, in less sallery.
