Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Team mates are very good but job security is non, it is totally depend on company owner to dislike the person egoistic person, does not care their employee, the owner think all are beggar, of wall street no salary increment, no appraisal, there are lack of knowledge, some good people was in the team but they left just because of owner ignorance.
