Very good work life balance they care about employee’s personal time. Very good salary increments, less work pressure.

Dislikes

It’s not dislike just a suggestion. Promotions are less likely to happen bcz of minimal resignations. Work culture of people is not in trend it’s like before 10years.

On time salary. Though it gets over in a week.

Management is not at all worried about employees , no salary growth. , Life is engineers is wasted here. Engineers don't think of joining if u want to get settled in life . No employee activities. No functions. No work life balance. Engineer working here for 6 years and salary still in 20s. Hope u got an idea

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job security is always, cab facility is available without any charges, Canteen is available at Rs 200 / month.

Dislikes

Company never compromise for giving high salary, always recruits less experienced. From last 1.5 years they are recruiting contract engineers and labour to avoid giving permanent job.

This company is very good, and there is lot to learn and culture of the company is really very good, i am part of MIM-Aerospace and medical segment s and working for many us based companies as well as chaina, uk and Europe.
