Personal work life balance and job security is too good

Dislikes

There is no proper work culture here, and no salary increment as per experience and talent, no encouragement for real talent. Especially no value for Designers, no one knows the value of a Designer here. Equal salary for ITI guy and also a Engineer guy, No value for qualifications. And one more very bad culture is, when someone resigned, no one will ask for stayback or nobody will ask about this situation or the problem.

Very good work life balance they care about employee’s personal time. Very good salary increments, less work pressure.

Dislikes

It’s not dislike just a suggestion. Promotions are less likely to happen bcz of minimal resignations. Work culture of people is not in trend it’s like before 10years.

...tes will get good exposure of MIM, Defence, Aerospace, Investment casting etc. On time salary on or before month last date. Annual medical examination who are working in shop floors and some other certical department. Multinational company having branch, sales office and subsidiary in overseas countries.

The security of job and the company is already has gain Multi national company award. The company is devloping but not the employed salary😑

Dislikes

The indomim mangments team never show sympathy on employs. No salary incruments, they never give you to gain knowledge to freshers. Just doing work, work, production, etc

Over a very good environment to work and learn, but work life balance for lover and mid level people is very bad, and no other benifits like outings but company provides food and cab facility so over all a good company for beginners and very good company for experienced persons to settle.

Dislikes

Some times we need to work over time and they doesn't pay for that nor they give leave for that and Salary wise it's good while joining but increment is not at all good.
