It's a multinational and 3rd largest Polyester Industry in India, It's produce all type of Polyeste Product like as PSF, POY , DTY ,PET Chips ( Bottle Grade Chips) at A one Spot ( Nagpur). This is a very great achievement of this plant.

It's great working in Indorama Synthetic. Great learning experience and can say only one thing working in good company increases your confidence which will be helpfull for future growth

Company have great name , but newly joined Apex Team is worst, no hirarerchy, poor politics, all retired old aged in appex team.

backbiting, politics, no work satisfaction, no apprreciation. critics and politics, everyone is pocketing their interest thru projects

Working culture is good .lots of things that we can learn .

There is no job safety here. Even they not given increment also for some people , and they terminate the people without any reason.. bad condition for staff employee
