Badlapur Worst management,worst seniors, worst unit head, No system about work and NO SAFETY ... They don't know why safety given to employees. Everybody going to cost cutting in everything. Also they wants uneducated and unskilled employee for run production and educated employees wants for drum filling,drum charging all labour work etc.. That's why nobody stayed there educated employee. Please don't come here. If you come you will feel why was I camed here..real situation. If you haven't any fault they gave you memo(fine) without any information and discussion.because their having flattering employees available... And also All HR is not supportive... Worst all HR. Zero knowledge, zero experience, this plant designed as a old and seniors mind also.

Best For Fresher or 2,3 years experience candidate , Salary package to good for 2,3 years experience candidate. Working General duties is avarage. Not satisfied.
