The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit the beginning as there was no formal training session.i got a chance to show or increase my knowledge.and skill.

Only benefit is you don't need to worry about leaves...and ok company for entry level.

There is no work load limited equipments ..overall good experience...not for lifetime job.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
