To much partiality done by manager's.In terms of appraisal. They do what they want to do no Hr intervention. Only 1 day off which is as per roster. Very toxic environment

Working with the founder closely is simply amazing who has built multiple steller products in the past, extremely fast-paced environment, and chance to do a lot of consumer-facing experiments

...nternal politics crept into the organization which derailed overall development. Also pay was not structured to incentivize for innovation

...fety of employees allowed work from home for us. And the same had been extended. There have been no salary cuts we are getting our complete salary and all the benefits are intact,

HR team is cooperative You'll get proper guidance from the HR department

There's no designated content head. There's a really small team for content - 1 Writer and the SEO and publishing is done by the project managers executive. The project manager, digital marketing head and social media head shuffle manges the web content team.

- Toxic work culture with lack of direction and changing priorities - Micromanagement and horrible demoralization by higher management that has a trickle down effect on lower management - People want to play blame game politics here instead of working that is their daily work - No respect for your personal life and needs as well as absolutely no work life balance - Appraisal cycle is just a joke - Nobody stays in this organization product team for more than 9-11 months as they ruin your mind peace - Absolutely disgraceful in terms of treating people, forget appreciation they are all simply promoting and normalising toxicity
