Annoying management, workplace politics, unhealthy environment, bad infrastructure, too much biased towards particular people for no reason. Demeaning and targeting particular employees. Personal questioning, imposing restrictions, not letting learn, not giving proper designations to employees making them work out of area against the will. And many more,..

They make you work for 12 hours like unskilled labourers with a 15 minutes break. HR has issue with everything (what you wear, how you sit and everything). These people gives silly excuses for terminating you (like eating chewing gum in the office). They promise incentive but whoever cross their target they apply NC to them. Overall ridiculous company. They don't have canteen. They don't even offer a coffee overnight. You are not allowed to roam around the office. There office is like a shop. In the name of promotion they only make fool out of you. I don't understand why do people even work there. They have single washroom that to severely unhygienic. They beleive they are doing things strategically but everyone knows why and what they are doing. Firstly they will ask you to give them quality then when you will start giving them a good quality then they will force you give them quantity else they place their employees in PIP and terminate them ultimately. They do what they want irrespective of what particular employee had given them. They disrespect every employee at the time of terminating or relieving them.

No job security, they can fire you at any moment, they only choose few people for employe of the month and give them the title each month. No incentive are given, when u will cross your target they will make excuse and put you under training programs by saying stupid reason. Management is worse, you do not even get any sick leaves even if you have serious health issue, you will be forced to work in that condition. You will be told 9.30hours shift but it exceeds toh 12hours every day.
