The company is providing employment to rural people around the near by areas which is the best appreciable thing. For me, it is a good thing working with the same culture people surrounded near by people.

Dislikes

There was no reasonable compensation for the work. There was no proper recognition for an individual's unique strengths by the middle level managers i mean floor managers. There is no right person for the right position over there even now.

Likes

We are very happy that there is an Indivillage Tech Solutions Organization like this in the local area for those who have complete education. Projects are also useful in our features. There are a lot of positive vibrations in the office. And what I like best is the nature of the trees. The surroundings are very clean. Many poor students are also supported by Indivillage Foundation. I liked the free water supply and ambulance service.

Dislikes

There is nothing like this but a small request, the salary you give us is not enough for the present expenses. You need to determine the basic salary for the new employee. Because old employees are given the same salary as the new employees. We are happy if we fix it a bit.

...st administration, they behave like do as I say, not as we do. So many politics. No career growth and salary worst 10,500 person month. You'll get only 1000 rupees hike for working every even years like : 2 years, 4 years. Family based company they need only profits not the employee satisfaction. And new employee will get equal salary as you working for 3 years or 4 years. No skill development.

Nothing good about to say.. they take advantage of your financial situation. Will you work for 6 days in a week and only 11000 salary and in that PF will be deduct ? No hike will be given untill if you work more than 2 years continuously. I suggest instead joining here go join in somewhere. And if you time and money take one good coaching for IT job related skill development then try for fresher. And these company has a branch in Raichur, they will get good salary as compared to Yemmiganur, only reason cost of living. And the work is same.. we have sit more than 8 hours but for Raichur employees working only 8 hours and taking better salary than us. No benifit are provided by this third class company.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is low.
