Nothing to like....., Just the worst company I have ever come across

.No salary .Work for them by paying from your side . I would rather like to give 5 out of 5 for job security. Because as long as you enjoy working for free of cost & bringing money from your home to survive, No one can remove you from the job. . You may have heard companies hold 1-2 month salaries in an emergency, this company is 100 steps ahead of them. Like, they may not give you salary right from your joining. Some people working here have 6mo to 1 years of salary on hold. Don't know what drives them to work here. ( Probably the job Stability). You literally have to beg them, and let them understand you are in emergency to get a month's salary.

An extremely secure job, If you wish to work not to be paid or paid once in 6 months ( a small part of your salary)

Dislikes

No uniform salary structure You'll be paid once in 6 months or 4-5 months (if you are lucky). They will always cry about insufficient funds but never hesitate to recruit new people. Good for job stability, but you'll end up craving for your salary and forget about increment/apprisals.
