The widespread project and learning intent towards each opportunity greatly drive us. The upper management asks all the employees to upskill. The freedom to engage in multiple verticals is also encouraged until it does not affect your work.

Dislikes

There is no fair compensation for all employees. Deserved candidates are paid less, despite the increased workload on them. The HR department is required to make more effort to ensure a timely reply to all employee queries. We never get doubts cleared via mail; there has to be continuous follow-ups to get a reply from them. It's really frustrating many times. HR Department must focus a lot on welfare of employees like support during Medical claims and address their problem rather focusing on Birthday celebrations.

Worklife balance is poor,Experienced Resources are limited,You need to put your own efforts to explore,very few experienced resource you can ask doubt for. Many lack the domain knowledge which has to be improved.

- The environment to learn and sharpen your technical skills is extremely helpful. - Opportunities are given to involve in cross functional projects and activities. - Colleagues are open to assist and facilitate learning and problem resolution.

Dislikes

- Work-life balance is not up to par. WFH is not encouraged. - Appraisals are usually not satisfactory.

It has been an year for me since i joined Indishtech! In my 15 years of experience i can vouch that Indishtech is one of the few companies which emphasises on professional freedom, work life balance, skill development and career growth. Overall a great environment to work led by a visionary and talented leader Mr Rohit Mallya.
