Very good platform for start up career. Out of academic we can learn so many things. Everything based on willingness. Technology wise no one can tell bad about this company. It's a pride of the Nation. Work environment will be nice. 7 AM to 3 PM is an usual working day so we can utilize time very well for other activities also. Here so many people are waiting to identify your extreme skill. They will guide you in real time problems.

Dislikes

As usual politics will be here. They will not provide good pay for trainees. We have to struggle but it will improve the managing ability.

As a graduate apprentice trainee we worked 35 days extra without pay because of lockdown.

There's nothing to dislike. Working in Hal is not my dream job . But it is our best civil and military aircraft construction company.

...ork. Employee are amazingly talented with a common goal of getting the job done. Pay and perks are good and management is highly cooperative. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Sometimes,the work load is very high and tasks become repetitive with time..There is no work life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company.

...ed the staff including me are assigned to go for necessary training on the job . The staff are promoted on time scale promotion from time to time and the salary is given as per the Government guide lines.

Lot of politics in promotion ie: to say if you are Yes master to your higher officer ,you will get everything.

Its a good learning platform. It gives lot of knowledge Good Food for Bachelors Good timings and holidays For those who want to work for them plenty of work and those who don't want to work they can relax

Pay scale is very poor compared to corporates especially for youngsters Promotion potential is very less especially youngsters Many old generation who may not accept your suggestions easily Government behavior of boss.
