It's tension free job ..No extra burden after classes

Amount of salary given is very low and it's always delayed...we used to get our payment after 4-5 month..Atleast it should be on time..we are giving our 4 hrs on every class..but we used to get only Rs 1540..Emolument should be increased for academic counselor..

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

A lot partiality with Contract-employee to Permanent. While contract employee salary must be higher than permanent like Western / European countries.

Best work environment and learning where salary and job security is very poor for the contractual employee.

I dislike the careless worker of the regular staff and crucial attitude to hurt the contractual and lower category staff.
