The company has not applied any salary cut, though the salary cut that has been applied over the higher management with more than 20 lacs annual package will also be settled when everything will get back on track. WFH have been given to half of the employees. No salary got late despite of tremendous loss faced by the company.

The only thing that i do not like much is their hike after appraisal.

...nt is powerful, but their management is poor! HR has a lot of say in matters. 5. Timings are good, but they cut your salary if you don't arrive by 9:30 pm. You will receive half salary despite staying late or work pressure. 6. The company is run by the Grandhi family. Anyone with that surname receives preferential treatment. 7. BCMO employees who work with the founders receive many benefits. 8. The company is very conservative; they do not provide good equipment, such as laptops and stationery.

Appraisal policy is not clear Promotions are based on point system, means minimum 4 yrs waiting period for any promotion also depend on the post, must go under interview process HR misleads new joiners, No clear description about deduction and take home salary, they cheat with the new joiners

I enjoy working in an environment where the members of the team have a strong sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues and company policies and appraisals are not fair,and salary hike is low.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
