Notice Period Issues
My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? There is nothing that can be likeable.

Dislikes

No work life balance. no ontime salary. They can cut your salary according to their rule. No professionalism , they can fire you immediately without pre notice. Peoples that are working there having no standard. They only play politics to trap each other. If you are going for better career option and learning new things, please do not go there.

Sound environment, best place to work at, perfect work culture, policies are good but strict... Which I guess every IT companies have... Management always provides appraisal, but people do take and backstab the management, and send rumours all around that this is a bad company....
