There was nothing nice, they have worst management. Even their head HR has worst nature. They make employe a target and they make sure that employe leave by them self till the time they keep on poking

Everyone was very friendly at IndiHire. Our CEO is a very nice person. I worked here only for 6 months but in such a short tenure learnt many things here.Thanks IndiHire team.

There is nothing as such which I can say I disliked.It is a very good organisation to start your career.

The only thing here in IndiHire is whatever you are doing with your full zeal you will be satisfied within yourself, else there is nothing which can boost you. Some people are good though 90% staff is just behind achieving there targets by favourism done by manager even the MD is just behind money. This is all about Technical recruiting team,escalation by client and attrition rate in IndiHire is high. If you are money centric person without any ethics and dignity then IndiHire is best.

IndiHire needs to learn that Manager is there because team members are there else a B.A guy with little knowledge can't be a Technical Head. Technical team Manager not good at all. Do favourism. Incentive plan not good. No security to female. If any female employee who is new would raise her voice against her manager's ill behaviour,she is asked to leave .This has happened with one employee of my team and she was the star performer who achieved her 140% of target and all she did was that she against the manager, but all thanks to MD, he intially convinced her that teams will be changed but afterwards asked her to resign or to continue with same manager and that too after 1month of her resignation(that was not accepted by management as they dnt want to loose her and at the end they choose to leave her not manager) So, as I said if you are a person with dignity, ethics and self respect then never think of IndiHire. Its better to start late but worst to start with such comapny.
