Ground level team is terrible. Not only my team almost all RM level guys are same excluding 1,2 RMs. Ground level managers are have sick mentality. They are least bothered about human. I'm sure these people can kill the organization.

It is a person driven company. They propagate transparency and ethics as a marketing tool and actually are just doing the opposite. The top management is highly corrupt and smart enough not to make scapegoat and save themselves. All of them are back stabbers. Very kind on your face. Trust level is less than ZERO.
