I liked the working culture of the company The benefits of Indigo was we can fly to the destinations wherever we operate throughout the world, by paying only the Airport Tax Charges as a Fare. I would love to mention that as a top priority

There wasn't much growth on this career and the salary was not to the expected level

Only the Staff Travel i found overall good in Indigo. Post Covid things changed in Indigo. No increment Work pressure was increasing day by day.

Indigo work culture everything got changed. Right after covid. Operation has got doubled past 3 years but salary packaged is same it is.

...igo after working for four months and have also worked during the notice period. The company is not paying the salary for the notice period. They have deducted Rs. 9000 for uniform recovery and full final settlement and are demanding Rs. 1600. What should I do???

I like the management and quick response from the employees in every aspects. Their professionalism,class and all the perks. Overall Indigo is a good company to work because the work environment is very good.

Salary growth. And the other most important thing is extra money which people make in flight after sale. Crew members use to earn 5k to 6k rupees per day by stealing money from catering. Now if I who worked with loyalty only earned 40k to 50k per month but others members are earning 1 lakh extra per month which is not at all fair with others who are not stealing anything from the cart.
