Don't like anything. Because of that I am carrying my family responsibilities i am doing work with indigo airline.

I my begging everything was going great. IndiGo has sufficient amount of staff and for a beginner i was getting good salary. But after some time when Mr Aditya gosh sir left this company. This company started Exploitation of its staff . Management is very poor . High number of flight IndiGo running in India but man power( qualified and certified) is very less. I management is not taking any step to look after this problem. Most of the experience staff has guit indigo. And many of them are trying to quit it in future.

The BLR managing team is pathetic they do not care about staff and their healt the main moto of the management is to do work departe flights on time no matter if there a any laps in safety & security. If the staff is not well the managers says take tablet and come to work this is the condition of the management in bangalore.

... is transparent. There is a huge huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn' to address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's a good company to work for. Career growth is there in the company. Salary and appraisals are quite good.One can learn a lot after working and attending the training programmes held by the company which helps the staffs to develop themselves into a complete professional.

Dislikes

The company gives opportunity to handle pressure situations and those who can accept the same is through. It depends on individual perspective how to tackle situations.
