Working in indigo feels like you are labourer on wages…lots of work but you get peanuts in hand. There’s a lot of politics you go through the company. Company treats you as if they own your life, they don’t let you enjoy your social life at all. They call you at any moment and ask you to report and also don’t appreciate for extra work. One thing that I don’t like about indigo is surely the appraisal it is judged on the no of SL you take

Low salary package, after promotion also unsatisfactory increment (very very low) after giving 6 years i was paid 24000 only as in a position of senior executive., which was disappointed me.

There's only one likable thing about this job and that is employees get tickets at a discounted price, but it is totally useless because they wont give you offs for you to make use of it, it is to just lure innocent middle class youngsters or someone who has never flied and is fascinated by aviation industry, so over all there was nothing that i liked about working in indigo.

...on you will be screwed, they will impose so much pressure on you for everything. Manager and Seniors of Mumbai are PATHETIC! They have zero manners and will treat you like a dog and pay you zero respect, the work culture is toxic and the growth is very slow, people working from 10 years still have low positions and low salaries with so much work load. The management system is worst everyone tries to push their work on someone else and put others in problem. Health and personal life will be screwed as well especially if you live away from the airport, 45 mins is the breaktime in a 10 hour shift, personally i lost a lot of weight here and kept falling sick constantly (which isn't normal for me). l am glad that i quit the job, And if you are considering joining this company think TWICE!

...mployee centric. The shift timings are terrible example 0300 hrs till 1300 hrs . There is not proper salary structure, no one explains you why your salary came less! The management and upper management over here is very poor!
