I have joined with Indigo family of last 2 months now. I learning so much experience for my future life. I feeling.. so many have opportunities for new comers or present employees in INDIGO.

One of the best-organized and coordinated/collaborated company, with people being so enthusiastic and self-driven, work culture is rich, a value-driven company with quotes and motto reflecting everywhere. A sense of ownership is present in every employee and they work hard to achieve their target.

Dislikes

5-10 mins break in evening around 5-6pm, for evening snacks. A little pinch of cleanliness could be better in a few places. Rest is all good.

First thing is you learn how to dedicate, hard work and focus in you job and goals. Second thing is you became real professional and practical in you job or corporate world. Third thing is you learn how to handle the job pressure and became a good professional. Fourth thing is here only give the value work not a other things.
