Continuously follow-ups of work on calls & mails. 9. You need to work like a Robot If you want to go in a depression then only join the co.

Not a single thing I liked in this company. Work environment in this company is very bad. The co-employees & managers are very demotivated and dominated.

Dislikes

The worst company I ever meet. No scope for career growth. There is no on job training for fresher hence, employees had lots of confusion about work and process. HR is very helpless for employees.

There is only one thing to be liked is that they are false commitment making company with the customers and even with the employees.

Was appointed as BDM, but was forced to collect the emi's (credits)of the previous ran over customers.
