In 2019 I started working as an RM in intitial times their is the decent work and achieving decent targets in the team then I moved to Operations team and profile changed from sales to operations and then I learned a lot from my senior and team leader then Covid came and I moved in different teams and worked Work from home after the conditions remains stable I come in topup segment as an RM in sales team again and start working there and slowly learn the process and start achieving and over achieving the targets and after long WFH i came to office in feb 2021 and joined the office and company culture and environmnet is good which helps me to stay motivated and learn more for my growth purpose after some working as an RM In march 23 I promoted to TL and start handling the team in initial phase there is so much complications and challanges but i learned from that and now changes is normal now and achieving the targets.

Dislikes

Overall culture is good in indifi but Indifi needs to improves the salary structure and appraisal amount which happen on yearly basis, rest all things is ok and all people is supportive here and easily approchable.

Office location is good, parking for most individuals. Known brand in Fintech industry, knowledgeable founders. Good building and Extra curricular activities

Dislikes

No work life balance Very low salary compared to industry Management and seniors doing favouritism with people going to parties and close to management getting promoted No recognition for doing good work, only favouritism Toxic culture due to AD and VP who is very insecure Management tells fake news during bonus and annual appraisal No work life balance getting Nothing to learn Late working on Saturdays and month end but without any money for it.

company working culture is good and also good environment. Place to give time and learn more and more also can give time to family and work properly

Dislikes

company appraisal and salary is not good. As i thought about the company not similar like that may be some issues. Mainly salary is not good

I feel proud to work with this organization bcz it gives satisfaction to work with but similarly salary could be better but unfortunately which is not good.

Dislikes

They are not developed there employee skills and also here is running "sir" culture which is not good every position is matter in this company.

Likes

It has been a roller coaster ride since last 7 months , tremendous learning and lot of challenges. They allow you to experiment/explore and learn from your mistakes

Dislikes

Compensation structure has to be more employee friendly with options to save taxable income. Also employee insurance benefit policy needs a revamp.
