Management behavior is very bad No job satisfaction Work balance life is very poor. If you doing extra hours due to work load, then at the time of claim management dis agree that time period and said to us it was your duty.

This Company is Best for New trainee for a best knowledge development. Teammates are really Comfortable. Safety is perfect ,salary appraisal is good,work environment looks good.

Not much beneficial for contractual employees. Permanent employees get all the facilities but contractual employees are not provided sufficient with that.

Behaviour of HR people s is very rude dominating and they do not value plant people's HR Dept. has no existence spineless department. Terminal/plant employees are very nice friendly..
