A really my being 2 years in indiana hospital and heart institute.which was on of multispeciality hospital and even NABH(national accredited board of hospitality) it got accreditation for the patient care and quality in medicines and nurrsing..which was amazing..coz i got major foundation in work..till 2 years..my life ever got experience of work efficiency...

Actually I worked for one month at Indiana Hospital as a Management trainee. During that period I learnt working style of hospitality industry, role of finance management in the company, rules and regulations and flow of running the business. Company culture is good and people also very interactive and supportive.

...about Hospital industry work flow, financial work what they are doing and all. Career growth, Salary and appraisal, work life balance, job security, compensation and work satisfaction I don't know much about it because But I think salary is very low so worker turnover may be high. Even I didn't get any financial returns but I learnt the business process sufficient to meet the purpose why I went there.
