Dislikes

Commitment of HR (Mumbai was not on payment terms and not provide the salary brackup after the joining and change the salary structure after joining company. Before joining the company they saying you have to join the company. So there is huge difference between what they are saying before joining and after joining.

It is hell to work with terrible culture. You are always shown how you are doing wrong & no matter how you are expertise in your domain. You are always under third person watch & all your activities reaches to MD. Every month your third person review taken & yes what you do out side the company, to whom you meet, everything get noted & reported to MD. Its not company but a hell.

...s different & actual always differs. 15% variable with very poor in hand salary. First year bonus is 50%, Also first year variable pay you will not get. In factory, no canteen, no free lunch, no breakfast, not office to seat HODs, all Baba adam tables without lockers, chairs. When MD or any guest or imp visitors visit then you have to take lunch on your table.

Indiana is a good Company but they don't pay their employees after resigning. My salary is also hold by them even after having no dues.
