I am writing to express my concerns about the work environment at Nashik and Bhopal plant. It has become increasingly apparent that the focus has shifted away from work-related issues, with a prevailing atmosphere of political maneuvering. Additionally the management style of senior staff has been demotivating and the use of inappropriate language has created a hostile environment for employees. Mr Sharma, in particular, has been a significant source of de motivation. He always used harsh language towards me and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. We feel a lack of support as he controls most aspects of the factory operations. As a result,I am experiencing trauma and facing numerous challenges. His leadership style does not foster teamwork; rather he often diverts blame onto junior staff when issues arise ensuring he remains unscathed. Unfortunately ,many of these issues appear to be hidden from Upper management and directors, contributing to a decline in moral and increasing turnover rates.I find it frustrating to come to work each day under these conditions, and I have shared my experiences with colleagues who feel similarly. I believe it is crucial for the management team and directors to be made aware of these issues so that we can work towards a more positive and productive workplace.
